Can I get my medicines without a prescription?
Some medicines are available over the counter without a prescription. Prescription medicines require a valid prescription. Our team can guide you towards the right solution for your situation.
Do you offer home delivery?
In some cases we can deliver, in Watermael-Boitsfort and neighbouring municipalities. Call us to agree on a time slot.
Is vaccination reimbursed by health insurance?
Flu and Covid vaccines are reimbursed under conditions by your health insurance fund. Simply show your identity card when you come to the pharmacy.
Do you do night duty?
Yes, in turn with the other pharmacies of the area: some nights it's us. To find out which pharmacy is on duty tonight, check pharmacie.be or call 0903 99 000.
Can I send my prescription electronically?
Yes. With an electronic prescription, your identity card is enough: view your prescriptions in Ordonnance en poche or Helena.care, and reserve some medicines with us through the My Health portal. For a paper prescription, email us a photo or scan.
